Interpretive
The most important thing I've gained from this experienced is that of the experience itself. The knowledge I had gained and utilized during the application of what I'd learned during my research, translated more than well in the actual scenarios described in my readings. I used what I had learned about treatment and diagnosis to aid me during the therapy sessions I'd have with individuals suffering from personality and developmental disorders.
Applied
Because I've been in a plethora of different types of therapy sessions, from family therapy to group therapy, I've experienced the pros and cons of each method. What I had found was that one-to-one therapy sessions were the more successful of sessions when it came to the implementation of positive change. With what I had read in the DSM and with what I had experienced in these sessions, it made narrowing down my best answer to one-to-one therapy sessions all the more easier.
